Quality of the patent plaques were excellent. Staff at Iplax was very easy to work with and prompt in responses. I had problem with my order due to my oversight. The online selection of the specifications (including size, material, color, added ornamental features, etc.) is easy-to-use and enables the user, as he/she progresses through the choice of specifications, to see exactly what the resulting plaque is going to look like (and what the cost will be). The user can add, remove, or change specifications with ease. Within hours, I received an image of the proof copy with my patent for my review and approval before it went to to manufacture. And, on top of that, after placing the order, I received personal communication to check about delivery concerns that I had. Believe it or not, the plaque was on its way on the very day that I began the process. |
