I purchased this plaque for my brother who recently received a patent. I ordered it thinking it was going to take a while to receive it. Then I received an email stating that I would be getting an email with a mock up of the plaque and once I approved it would be shipped. I don't live in the same state as my brother but was going to be seeing him that weekend, so I called IPLAX and asked if I could change the shipping method to get the plaque upgraded to express shipping. The person I talked to was extremely kind and helpful, they sent the mock up to my email within minutes for me to approve and then changed the shipping method. The service was AMAZING! Not only was it the NICEST customer service I have ever gotten, it was also QUICK and they were extremely HELPFUL. It was so refreshing in a day and age where we come to expect bad customer service. I would totally recommend IPLAX, not only for the service, but also the product was GREAT as well.
