The 9X17 header is primarily designed for use with the 6-plate and larger perpetual plaques. The image plate and color coordinated metal frame is available in silver or gold. Header image plate is mounted on a high gloss acrylic back plate in choice of black, blue, green or red. The plaque is mounted with the included two screws and plastic wall anchors..
