- Optional inclusion of assignee name.
- Corporate logo added beneath USPTO seal at no additional cost.
- Choice of four sizes: 9X12 with 7X10 plate, 11X14 with 8X11 metal plate, 13X16 with 9.5X12.5 plate, and 15X18 with 12.5X15.5 plate.
- Choice of four gloss acrylic back plates: Black, Blue, Green, Red.
- Choice of four optional trim plates: Bright Gold, Bright Silver, Gloss Black, Gloss Maroon.
